- The Brand Manager will play a key role in the success of their assigned brands (Hot Tools, Revlon, Bed Head and/or Gold n Hot) reporting to the Marketing Director within the Retail Beauty segment of Helen of Troy. The Brand Manager will plan, coordinate, direct, control, and provide the leadership to achieve short-range and long-range business development objectives.
- Collaborate cross functionally to maintain brand positioning and equity across all materials including writing coordinated agency briefs, drafting copy and giving direction on packaging, product detail pages, social posts, website, POP materials, coupons, videos, and DTC material.
- Partner with Creative, Digital, and agency teams to inform playbook of consumer communication, growth marketing, digital experience and DTC ecommerce activities in support category portfolio strategies and results.
- Facilitate the selling process, including retailer strategy, pricing analysis, development of power point presentations, relevant market data, samples, and artwork.
