- Key Responsibilities: Responsible for being the absolute brand ‘protector,’ making sure that all customer facing initiatives are consistent to our brand values and aesthetic Own and manage the annual brand plan and marketing calendar, working closely with the product team on timeline coordination, review cadence for brand marketing initiatives.
- Identify and nurture a creative network in order to hire successfully and quickly for both full time and freelance needs Continually survey, discuss, and share art, culture, and trends with the organization.
- Create internal marketing briefs that inspire creativity throughout all partners Need to have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field 3+ years experience in developing strategic brand and creative direction at a creative agency and/or in-house creative department A scrappy attitude, are highly resourceful, and are not in the habit of depending on large budgets or stacked staffing to complete high-quality projects on time.
