- The Branch Operations Manager must know, understand and implement Company policies, procedures, and standards with respect to health, safety, maintenance, operation and regulatory compliance, and insist that all other personnel, contractors, and visitors adhere to Company policies, procedures, and standards.
- The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for timely compilation and maintenance of performance metrics for the facility and its personnel.
- These metrics will be reported periodically to the Regional Operations Manager, Regional Vice President, or other designated personnel.
- Responsible for the receipt, storage, quality control, and reconciliation of all inventory for the facility
- Report truck and vehicle maintenance issues to the Fleet Supervisor, and assist on a local level with facilitating upkeep and repair of such equipment
