- The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all branch function and for all aspects of new business development including development of new branch deposits, loans, and relationships.
- Responsible for promoting the sales and service culture and administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, compliance, lending, product sales, member service, and security and safety.
- Oversees all branch employees through effective organizing, coaching, scheduling, counseling, appraising, and hiring and/or terminating, in cooperation with the Human Resources department and Assistant Vice President Retail Member Experience.
- Attends and participates in credit union days and community events
