- We are seeking a Bioinformatics Software Engineer III to join IGOs Data Team. Our team writes the software that is used throughout the lab and at every step of sample processing from sample receiving to fastq/pipeline delivery including tracking every aliquot in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) on to post-sequencing NGS data generation from BCL to fastq to BAM files, and finally to automating and analyze sequencing data using established pipelines.
