The Company: <ul><li> An expanding Ortho and medicine group in DFW! </li></ul> The Position: <ul><li> RCM (Biller, Poster, A/R reps) </li></ul> Duties: <ul><li> Has the ability to enter charges efficiently and accurately as well as determine where the issues are and come up with proactive solutions to avoid the denials in the future </li><li> Has experience with all payors, including workers comp </li><li> Is motivated and takes pride in collecting money for the doctors they are assigned as needed </li><li> Has strong communication skills </li><li> Wants to be part of a team and takes pride in working as a group to achieve the goals set forth by the office and learn other areas of billing as needed including AR and claims followup </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li> 1 year of RCM experience </li></ul> The Location: <ul><li> 75061 </li></ul> Schedule: <ul><li> M-Thur 8-4:30pm (8-1pm on Friday) </li></ul> Pay Rate: <ul><li> $21-25/hr </li></ul> Why Should You Apply? <ul><li> Opportunity to get acclimated with a great healthcare organization </li><li> Great benefits through Medix </li></ul> How do you apply?
