- The Bilingual Mental Health Therapist's primary responsibility is to facilitate Child and Family Planning Meetings according to Wraparound principles that are family-centered, individualized, strengths-based, and outcome-focused.
- The Mental Health Therapist partners with the Child and Family Team and other Wraparound staff to assess youth and family needs, while leading the Seneca Wraparound team in providing services to support the achievement of family goals.
- The Mental Health Therapist also works as a Clinician on the FURS response team during on-call shifts to provide community-based crisis intervention and mental health services.
- Wraparound/FURS are community-based programs that serve at-risk youth from ages 0-21 throughout Ventura County.
