- JOB TITLE: Benefits Manager
- OVERVIEW: The Benefits Manager maintains the PEO's benefits program, internally and for our multiple clients, and manages the benefits administration and all system related benefits issues/improvements/roll outs.
- Is the subject matter expert and point of contact for employee and client benefit inquiries, FMLA, and upcoming FMLI (and other out of state paid family leave programs).
- Responsible for the management and administration of all employee benefit plans and wellness programs, including but not limited to medical, dental, life, disability, supplemental plans, FSA, HSA, COBRA, and 401(k).
- This includes consistent review of regulatory compliance, including but not limited to ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA and similar federal, state and local regulations.
