- The Benefits Manager is responsible for the strategy, research, design, communication, and overall management of the company’s benefits and wellness programs, including 401K, healthcare, life, workers’ compensation, leave and disability.
- Supervise a team managing employee benefit programs such as major medical plans, term life insurance plans, temporary disability plans, accidental death policies, workers’ compensation, and leave of absence.
- Ensures company compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other regulations.
- Ensure compliance with IRS, ERISA, DOL, and other federal and state agencies.
