- The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for the day to day benefits administration including open enrollment, benefit approvals, payment and reconciliation of all vendor invoices.
- The Benefits Analyst will provide customer service and benefits education through drafting monthly communications, facilitation of wellness events and management of on-site and ZenDesk employee questions.
- This person will also be responsible for supporting data management and analysis for Reformation compensation policies including minimum wage, living wage and compensation surveys as needed.
- Works with internal communications and vendors to prepare communications, open enrollment materials and overall benefit education
