- Coordinate general day-to-day administration of benefit programs including COBRA, annual and monthly HSA funding, workers compensation claims, and ACA monitoring;
- Participate in system configuration, set-up, testing and maintenance of internal HR systems as well as vendor systems ensuring data integrity and accuracy;
- Produce and maintain documentation related to the administrative benefit processes and policies ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations (i.e. ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, Secure Act, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of benefits administration, analyst or lead analyst experience required including development, implementation, optimization, integration and project management;
