- Responsible for administering the leaves and absence management processes in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, short-term or long-term disability plans and company policies.
- Administer the leave of absence and accommodation process for assigned employee groups, including medical and family leaves, short-term and long-term disability, maternity and parental bonding, military and any unpaid leaves of absence.
- This includes but is not limited to HRBP's, Employee Health and Safety, HR technology, payroll and approved vendors.
- Manages complex employee communications, issues and appeals; provides recommendations to Benefits leadership and Legal counsel.
