- The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the National DCP Healthcare program.
- This role will be responsible for administrating the Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) and Wellness Benefits.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, FSA, HSA, EAP and Wellness Benefits.
- Ensure terminations are timely communicated to COBRA vendor.
- Work with Leave Specialist and Workers Compensation Specialist to accurately process all health plan premiums for employees on Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), Personal Leave or other company leaves.
