- This position reports to our Corporate Office in Bethesda, MD, and will be a hybrid position (onsite 3 days a week) starting in April 2024.
- Owning the employee benefits programs to include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), Section 125 cafeteria plans, short and long-term disability, wellness, and 401(k) retirement plans.
- Updating and maintaining highly confidential team member records and HR data, conducting audits of benefit programs for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with the Payroll Manager to ensure all benefit payroll deductions are imputed correctly into the HRIS system for accurate recordkeeping.
- Develops and maintains the Benefits Administrator's Procedural Manual and all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned and specific benefit programs.
