- This role is responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of specialized program services, providing program oversite and consultation on specific grant programs while provide training, support, and enrichment to assigned clients/families.
- Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field such as psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, special education.
- Completion of a practicum/internship during the 4 year degree training in the human services field Completion of a practicum/internship during the 4 year degree training in the human services field OR one year of on the job supervision at Healthy Minds.
- Master's degree (BA/BS/MA/MS) degree in a human service related field such as psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, special education, etc.
- Develop, coordinate, deliver/implement specialty programs including all activities specific to SOW implementation.
