- Job Description: It is the responsibility of the Behavior Support Specialist to develop and oversee the implementation of formal behavior management plans, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and provide one-on-one services for children or adults with IDD/Autism and or intellectual disabilities.
- Behavior Support Specialists assist in the development of adaptive skills for the diagnosed individual to take a more positive role in the home & community settings.
- Schedule Details: Full Time - Monday through Friday between 9 am-5 pm
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments of all new IDD/Autistic individuals on his/her caseload
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation to IDD Specialists providing services on all shared cases and for other staff as required by the Coordinator
