- Due to increasing demand for our services and our recent expansion, Developmental Enhancement has multiple openings for full- and part-time Behavior Technicians at our Grand Rapids and Holland clinics!
- Our Registered Behavior Technicians work in our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program, providing direct treatment for children on the autism spectrum.
- For new hires that are not certified, we will pay for training and provide supervision leading to certification as an RBT. Behavior technicians are responsible for assisting behavior analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
- Working as an RBT can be a career level job, provide a chance to gain experience in behavioral health prior to attending graduate school, or be a stepping stone to more advanced careers in psychology.
- Some of our RBT’s work as technicians while attending graduate school aimed at becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or other psychology fields.
