- Now Interviewing for a Behavioral Health Consultant for our Carmel Outpatient Office!
- The Behavioral Health Consultant will be responsible for improving the overall health and wellness of individuals in the primary care setting through brief assessment and treatment of behaviors that prevent attainment of identified behavioral health goals.
- This dynamic clinical position is full-time, 100% onsite at the clinic location, and involves “in-the-moment” collaboration with the FQHC patient care team.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field or a Doctoral degree in Psychology from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
- Must be recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (HSPP) by the State of Indiana
