- Our mental health services are provided for a broad range of patients and families, including children in mental health crisis, parents struggling with child's behavioral problems, children and families who have been impacted by trauma, and children at risk for abuse and neglect.
- Goals of treatment may include safety planning, crisis stabilization, skill development, enhanced resiliency, social integration, improved ability of parents to support their child, improved communication, and parenting skills.
- New employees must be willing to be vaccinated if found non-immune to measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) and chicken pox (varicella) and/or without evidence of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccination since 2005.
- Complete post discharge care coordination contacts with families, when indicated to monitor the outcome of interventions and to promote continuity of care (e.g. assisting with new and follow up appointments, hospital, and community-based referrals and applications).
- Collaborate with patients, family, and care team throughout the continuum of care.
