- Kids On The Move (KOTM) is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to join our supportive and collaborative team in providing applied behavior analysis therapy to over 100 children and teens with autism throughout Utah. What does a Behavior Technician do?
- Behavior Technicians (BTs) provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism.
- ABA therapy often feels like play to the child while BTs embed behavior change science into the session to increase skills across many domains such as language, play, attention, social skills, and daily living skills, as well as decrease problem behaviors.
- Reliable, personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required for driving to and from client appointmentsCompletion of the 40-hour RBT Training Course (we will provide you access to this training prior to your hire date!)
- Experience working with children with special needs is preferred, but not requiredTraining and Sign-On Bonus:After accepting a job offer, we will connect you with an online training course as the first step in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician.
