- As a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children and provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, which is the most frequently prescribed and clinically proven treatment for autism spectrum disorder.
- In this role, you will implement daily intervention plans for clients, collect relevant data, support caregivers and teacher, and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) on behavior support plans and skill acquisition targets.
- Behavior Technician is responsible for tracking and maintaining data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
- Bachelor’s degree or coursework in psychology, education or related field preferred
- BCBA / BCaBA candidates encouraged to apply, potential growth with company available for the right candidate
