- The BDR Manager role in the Americas Region is responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Create cross-functional BDR alignment, and ensure that the team is productive in generating new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, and sales to ensure the BDR onboarding program and ongoing training is up-to-date and best-in-class
- Partner with Rev Ops and marketing operations to ensure the BDR team has the best tools to do their job, and that they are configured to ensure BDR efficiency and productivity
- Previous work experience managing successful inbound and outbound BDR teams and/or inside sales teams and/or field marketing teams is preferred
