- The Bar Manager at Nobu Restaurant will support the General Manager with hiring and training team members to elegantly describe food offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as knowledge of wine and spirits to deliver the ultimate luxury dining experience in a sophisticate environment.
- The Bar Manager will ensure that all aspects of the front of the house operations contribute to 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage offerings.
- OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the Bar Manager position will have at least three years of bar management experience at a fine dining, full service, high volume restaurant with strong knowledge of beverage preparation and enjoys leading a team of passionate restaurant professionals by selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching.
- 3+ years of work experience in fine dining, full service, or high-volume restaurant.
