- The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Banquet Captain to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas.
- The Banquet Captain will be responsible for managing operations in an efficient and professional manner to ensure quality service to guests while ensuring all colleagues maintain Forbes Five-Star service standards to help banquet operations proceed smoothly.
- Supervise Housemen, servers and bartenders assist when necessary in the set-up of all Banquet rooms if needed
- Maintain accurate paperwork for inventory levels, scheduling, payroll, employee records, captains reports, gratuity sheets and Banquet checks
- Communicate with Banquet Chef, Director of Banquets or Executive Chef regarding any problems relating to the food or the kitchen
