- This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional, high-level IT support to our executive staff and Learning and Development department focusing significantly on audio-visual and conferencing solutions.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in AV troubleshooting, particularly with Teams Room Systems, Crestron, and Q SYS platforms.
- Provide premium, white-glove IT support and services to executive staff, ensuring minimal downtime and high efficiency.
