- Hogan Lovells US LLP is currently seeking an Associate Recruitment Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Associate Recruiting department with a focus on Washington and the surrounding regions (Northern Virginia and Baltimore) offices.
- This role is responsible for coordinating legal recruitment and onboarding of legal (non-partner) positions for the Washington and Northern Virginia offices including, but not limited to: associates, judicial clerks, attorneys, patent agents/technical specialists, knowledge lawyers, summer associates, and law student interns.
- The coordinator will work primarily with the Recruitment Manager in the Washington office, the U.S. recruiting team, and other departments within the firm to oversee and coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot all aspects of legal (non-partner) recruiting including application processing and interview scheduling as assigned, to include lateral associates, attorneys, judicial clerks, patent agents/technical specialists, knowledge lawyers, foreign law clerks, summer associates, and other law student interns.
- Keep managers and relevant practice groups, law school team leaders, and recruitment committee members informed of candidate statuses.
