- Willingly and effectively cooperates with Bancroft, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD, Joint Commission, and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request.
- Operates in accordance with the Confirmation of Understanding or Plan of Care for each person served regarding programs and treatment, healthcare, religious and sexual preferences (if applicable), ethnic and cultural support, recreational and socialization activities, physical fitness and healthy living, family visits and involvement, and disagreements and grievances within areas of responsibility.
- Contributes to the overall integrity of Individual records and files for adults by monitoring overall quality assurance, continuity of care for all persons served, for communication purposes, and for timely review by internal and external auditors, insurance companies, legal representatives, funding sources, Quality Management Department, HIPAA compliance, etc.
- Actively participates in the development and implementation of performance improvement systems, risk management systems, and Outcome Measurement Systems (OMS) for assigned Program sites to ensure an overall efficient and cost-effective operation.
- Oversees performance improvement system to identify and ensure resolution of problematic issues, enhancement of existing systems and procedures, etc., and ensures attainment of OMS goals within areas of responsibility,
