- The Associate General Counsel will be an integral part of the legal team, working closely with the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel and broader legal department to advise LA28s senior management on legal matters.
- This position will leverage negotiation, relationship-building, critical-thinking and communication skills to support the legal needs for the Games delivery and planning teams of the organization, with a focus on venue & infrastructure, real estate, and external affairs matters, including venue negotiations, negotiations with municipalities, and other transactional matters to support the delivery of the Games.

- This position will report to the Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel.
- Serve as a legal advisor to the Chief Legal Officer and SVP & Deputy General Counsel, senior management and division heads on identified corporate and real estate transactions and legal matters, including venue negotiations, negotiations with municipalities and other transactional matters to support the delivery of the Games.
