- Responsible for the product development and product demonstration formulations, as well as flavor application efforts across a wide variety of beverage formats, from powders and shots to juices and low-acidic protein drinks.
- Conduct product development of benchtop prototypes in the R&D lab and assist with commercialization scale-ups in the pilot plant.
- Conduct analytical tests on food/beverage/ingredients; conducts experiments at a desired scale and ensures product specifications are met to support commercial product/process development and problem solving.
- Formulate with taste modulators and take on overflow flavor application work.
- Work requires meeting performance deadlines and being exact or highly accurate; it requires face-to-face discussions with individuals or teams and working with others in a group or team requiring demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
