This person will leverage approved resources and work with the cross-functional ADC Therapeutics team to educate and support the customer to ensure a positive experience with ZYNLONTA.

- The Associate Director, Strategic Accounts role is critical to the continued success of the commercial launch of ZYNLONTA. Reporting to the Sr Area Business Director, this position will serve as the lead with large academic and community oncology practices and coordinate with the larger organization to meet the needs of these key customers.
- This role will be responsible for developing strong account plans, utilizing approved company resources, and collaborating across the organization to execute on the account plans and support the success of ZYNLONTA. In most areas, the Associate Director, Strategic Accounts will be responsible for leading a small team of Hematology Therapeutic Specialists and be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent as well as managing the performance of the team.
