- The Associate Director/Sr. Associate Director Market Research Competitive Intelligence (MRCI) will have primary responsibility for all aspects of market research for assigned brands/TAs, including the identification of market research needs, the development of MR plans leveraging appropriate research methodologies to fill those needs, the design, execution and interpretation of MR studies and the clear communication of the insights and recommendations arising from the research.
- Above brand market research support for Market Access and Customer Experience teams
- Lead Market Access Syndicated Market Research webinar series including vendor management, scheduling, fielding team questions, gathering insights, and proposing new project ideas
- Review subscription reports (HIRC, Eversana, Cleveland Research, Clarivate, Policy Reporter) and other sources (DrugChannels, AMCP, etc) for additional insights for the team
- Be the SME on CX metrics and resources – understanding of how customers perceived BI (HCPs, patients, payors)
