- Responsible for ongoing ad-hoc SMB training initiatives across channels in support of new product launches to ensure sales channels have knowledge of SMB products and can effectively sell and demonstrate products and services, as provided by Workforce Development and Training Organization.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings with potential and existing customers to establish strong working relationships and promote the quality of Verizon Wireless SMB products and services.
- Work with Retail and Business sales team and potential clients on contract negotiations.
- Support employee development and take action to improve performance.
- This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager
