- The individual in this role will manage of all the Market Access agreements including, but not limited to, Payer and PBM Organizations (Commercial, Medicare, Government), Distributors, Specialty Pharmacies, and other segments or channels to ensure competitive sustainable access for Tarsus's product.
- This position reports directly to our Sr. Director Market Access Strategy & Pricing Operations.
- Forecast and evaluate the Gross-to-Net impact of pricing, contracting, and channel mix, considering negotiated discounts, mandatory discounts (such as 340B and Medicaid), and patient affordability programs.
- Stay informed about the market access and health policy landscapes, understanding key legislative policies like the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), and staying abreast of payer and access stakeholder evolution, pricing, and payment changes that could impact Tarsus
- Develops key actionable insights via conceptualizing complex data into concise and actionable insights from access customer (Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distributor, Long Term Care Specialty Pharmacy, Group Purchasing Organization, Third Party Logistics, etc.)
