- The Associate Director (AD) of Business Development is accountable for leading business development efforts for Butler+, Butler's extended access programs (including online, graduate, and professional opportunities).
- The AD will create strategic partnerships with businesses and workforce development organizations to build a robust pipeline of potential learners.
- Community Engagement and Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for extended access programs, fostering relationships with the community and key stakeholders to promote program awareness and engagement.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Utilize metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track pipeline development, lead generation, and conversion rates, providing regular reports on progress and outcomes to inform strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with businesses, workforce development organizations, or similar entities, alongside sales or business development roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and generating revenue
