- As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will use your customer service and leadership experience to help coach and development our Customer Service Representatives while developing your supervisory skills.
- You will play a key role in helping your team produce results while in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and we will help you reach the next level in your career by providing an ongoing comprehensive training and development program that will allow you to truly shine.
- Currently, in our stores and Corporate offices, we're practicing social distancing, encouraging face coverings (subject to certain exemptions), cleaning frequently, and considering state and local requirements as well as Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to help ensure a clean and safe environment for all.
- As the situation evolves, changes may be made to our practices, in line with state and local mandates as well as CDC-guidelines.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process by educating consumers and making recommendations based on their financial needs.
