- The Biostatistics Center (Center) of the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health ( GWSPH ) is recruiting three 12-month research faculty positions at the level of Assistant Research Professor of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics and/or Epidemiology to serve as Co-Investigator on existing grants studying diabetes, cancer, and other conditions.
- The candidate will be a member of the faculty within the Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics ( DBB ), the Department of Epidemiology ( DEPI ), or other department within the Milken Institute School of Public Health, and participate in associated service and educational activities.
- Completed all of the requirements for a doctorate in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related field, by date of appointment (or within 6-months of the date of appointment),
- Twenty faculty members at the Center provide biostatistical leadership and manage $60-65 million annually for projects in medical areas such as diabetes, maternal fetal medicine, infectious disease, and cardiovascular disease.
