- Position Title: Assistant Research Professor - Geotechnical / Water Resources Engineering
- Villanova University’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department seeks applications for a continuing non tenure track research faculty position.
- The Department is looking for a geotechnical / water resources engineering faculty member that will work with and extend the research of the Villanova Center for Resilient Water Systems.
- Expertise in areas complementary to the existing faculty is sought and can include: geotechnical and water resources aspects of urban stormwater, erosion and sediment transport, uncertainty in water resources applications including climate change adaptation; open channel and surface water systems and infrastructure; watershed health; groundwater protection; hydraulic barriers; and water resources planning and management.
- They will oversee data analysis, and present research findings in written reports and oral presentations to funder, project partners, and the scientific and broader community.
