- The APM is an office liaison for the Client, responsible for managing projects from concept through construction administration.
- Also responsible for assisting the Project Manager (PM) in supporting the client - maintain secondary POC, providing feedback to the PM in order to quickly solve problems, providing quality engineering documents that meet the client’s desires and budget.
- In short, the APM assists the PM in making them a “Client for Life”.
- Under the direction of the PM, arrange for in-house quality review primarily to ensure that all of the clients' needs and requests have been accommodated.
- Required Skills & Required Experience Accomplished (5+ years of experience) Construction Professional (Engineer, Architect, or Contractor); knowledgeable of construction process, familiar with AIA and state construction contracts; self-motivated with highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
