- ABOUT THE JOB Reporting to the Production Manager, the role of the Assistant Production Manager works alongside the production team and assists in performance related operations, including supervising IATSE crews, scheduling, and event management.
- Additionally, the Assistant Production Manager works closely with the Director of Production, Director of Special Projects, and the General Manager on all rentals and special events related operations, including assisting with contracts and estimates, supervising vendors, and serving as event coordinator, as needed.
- create and maintain daily IATSE call sheets, create and distribute weekly reports to IATSE Business Reps and Call Stewards, and maintain the stock of production office supplies; Create and maintain dressing room assignments and back of house signage needed for all events; Supervise visiting stage managers during their residency at The Wallis.
