- The AGM assist the GM in managing all operations of the hotel in accordance with brand standards and corporate values to achieve a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Responsible for monitoring and answering all Social Media reports, the AGM is in charge of the hotel in the absence of the GM. He/she takes the leadership role in insuring the values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excitement is in place at all times.
- Supervises Guest Service, working with GSM and GSRs to insure proper procedures are in place and service to guest is excellent.
- Works with Executive Housekeeper, GSM, and Chief Engineer to take insure any issues are taken care of immediately and that tools are in place to do so.
- The AGM may make any and all decisions necessary for the successful operation of the hotel in the absence of the GM.
