- The licensed assistant manager, vacation rentals will work closely with the Office Manager to contribute to the development and validation of plans, policies and objectives; review and comment on policies and programs.
- Support the sales manager in recruiting, selecting, training and motivating sales associates and support staff for the successful performance of the branch office and to contribute to fulfilling the company-wide objectives.
- In partnership with the sales manager develop, recommend and implement programs and long-range objectives designed to enhance the business strategy and enable it to achieve its goals relative to profitability, cost control and organizational effectiveness with regard to new construction, market share, existing home sales and other issues, as appropriate.
- Assist in management of internal audit controls and standards to ensure they are within required guidelines.
