- General Summary: The Assistant Manager partners with the General Manager to assist in managing the overall operations of the store, including but not limited to accounting, marketing, customer service, human resources, and food service.
- Proficient in customer service, management, and food service responsibilities and is hands on in daily operations.
- Merchandising and ensuring adequate inventory levels (evaluate displays, pricing, promotional signage, out of stocks).
- Assists in ensuring inventory control methods are in place, equipment is in good condition, adequate staffing, following labor budget, completing accounting and paperwork tasks timely, and safety and robbery prevention guidelines in place.
- Assists in oversight of food operation, evaluating appearance of food service areas, food quality, tracking, promotions, signage, and following food service guidelines.
