- Assists healthservices leadership in overseeing health services procedures and systems, care staff, andschedules.
- Assists in the coordination of resident health services appointments for offsite visits throughtransportation services or use of the company vehicle.
- Collaborates with Health Services Director to ensure the documentation and communication ofresident care and services.
- Provides on-call support and phone triage for team members’ questions regarding resident concerns.
