- The Assistant Golf Coach for the UCR Golf Program will report directly to the Director of the UCR Golf program.
- The assistant coach is primarily responsible for assisting with all aspects of NCAA Division I Golf program(s) including, but not limited to, recruiting academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, fostering and supporting student-athlete welfare and skill-development, statistics analysis, practice and game day preparation and coaching, scheduling, budget management, fundraising and public relations, and adherence to the NCAA, Big West, and University rules.
- The full salary range for the Assistant Golf Coach is $41,900 - $68,500 annually.
- Current knowledge of applicable rules and standards of the affiliated athletic conference, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) or National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), as well as other associations and agencies to which the campus adheres, and, at all times avoid any and all violations of these rules and standards.
- The campus is a living laboratory for the exploration of issues critical to growing communities air, water, energy, transportation, politics, the arts, history, and culture.
