- The Assistant General Manager (‘AGM’) is responsible for effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of the venue’s operations including, but not limited to, concessions and premium services.
- Utilizing initiative and independent judgment closely with the Vice President of Operations in planning, directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, the AGM has responsibility for all aspects of hospitality and managing the operation, including guest experience, event innovation
- The AGM reports to the Vice President of Operations.
