- Practice proactive performance management in partnership with the Corporate Culinary Team (and HR when necessary) to ensure adherence of employment policies and procedures.
- Possess complete knowledge, execution, and enforcement of all food and beverage menus - including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
