- General Summary The Assistant General Manager is responsible for directing the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space, equipment, and manpower.
- Primary Responsibilities Plan and schedule all operation activities including receiving, triage, sorting, put-away, kitting, quality, shipping, liquidation, auction, maintenance, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner.
- Developing, implementing and directing equipment, preventative maintenance programs, safety programs, and facility building/grounds maintenance programs.
- Utilize Six Sigma and Lean methodology to identify, lead, and execute high impact process improvement projects.
- Five (5) plus years supply chain management experience within the Reverse Logistics Industry a plus.
