- Description & Requirements The Assistant General Counsel will report directly to the Deputy General Counsel and provide contracts advice and counsel and legal support to the leadership team of the US Services leadership business unit of the Company.
- The position will involve assisting on procurement issues, contract administration, negotiation of complex matters, and assist in pre-litigation disputes.
- In this capacity, the Assistant General Counsel will advise on contract matters affecting the Company and assist in managing contractual obligations and legal risks.
- Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements: - JD from an accredited law school and admission to one or more State Bars is required.
- 15+ years of legal practice, including 5 or more years handling a broad range of commercial transactions and 5 years of state and local government contract experience.
