- The Assistant Director of Technology Operations directs and supervises 2 Systems Administrators and assists the AVP in the management of IT functions and systems operations as well as the delivery of IT services to campus end-users and customers.
- As second in charge of a Seminary’s Information Technology Department, this position is accountable for the delivery of effective and efficient customer service and IT service management.
- The Assistant Director of Technology Operations is responsible for the overall management and administration off all IT systems across the Seminary, including network infrastructure, SaaS applications, security and more.
- Six years of relevant IT System Administrator/Network work experience.
- Works in close collaboration with the AVP for Technology in providing leadership, direction, and guidance to staff and managing operational activities to achieve the department’s long and short-range goals and business objectives.
