- We run the award-winning Emory Law Houses program, which with our Dean's Teaching Fellows program make up our "learning communities", as well as advising individual students, helping to implement disability-related accommodations, administering the Professional Conduct Code and the annual Law School Survey of Student Engagement, promoting law student wellness, and connecting law students with campus resources ranging from Student Health Services to the Title IX Office.
- Reporting to the Director of Student Life, the Assistant Director of Student Life will work to connect law students with resources for personal and professional development in and out of the classroom to support their academic success, assisting in the academic mission of the law faculty by helping to generate an engaged learning environment for all students as well as supporting individual students who may experience personal or learning challenges.
- Manage and administer student academic accommodations including assisting with the administration of exams for students with academic accommodations in coordination with the Emory Law Registrars Office, the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, and the Department of Accessibility Services
- Assist with annual administration of the Law School Survey of Student Engagement and data analysis for continuous assessment and improvement,
- Work closely with other academic services and positions such as the Registrars office, the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, the Graduate Programs, and the onsite ESL specialist,
